As I stood on the northern mountain flank of Les Mosses, I was greeted by a heartwarming scene. A pregnant Simmental cow, with her gentle eyes and robust form, stood happily as her owner called her for milking. The connection between the farmer and his cow was felt instantly in that moment, a testament to the enduring bond forged through generations of caretaking. Amidst the serene alpine surroundings, this Simmental cow embodied the beauty of rural life, where tradition and nature intertwine in perfect harmony.
